01About Life With Soil
Life With Soil is an online listing platform that connects property owners (farm houses, resorts, service apartments, agricultural land, and other rural properties) with interested visitors and buyers across India. We are a marketplace — we do not own, manage, or operate any of the listed properties.
02Listing Fee & Payment
- The current listing fee is ₹199 per listing, valid for 30 days from the date of approval.
- Payment must be completed before your listing goes live on the platform.
- After 30 days, you may renew your listing by paying the applicable fee at that time.
- Life With Soil reserves the right to change the listing fee with prior notice.
03No Refund Policy
- All payments made to Life With Soil are non-refundable.
- Once payment is made, no refund will be issued — regardless of whether the listing is approved, rejected, or removed.
- If your listing is rejected due to incorrect or misleading information, you will need to pay again to relist with correct details.
- We recommend carefully reviewing your listing details before making payment.
04Owner Responsibilities
As a property owner listing on Life With Soil, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information about your property — including correct photos, pricing, location, and contact details.
- Ensure that you are the rightful owner or authorized representative of the listed property.
- Keep your contact information up to date so that interested visitors can reach you.
- Not list properties that are under legal dispute, encumbered, or otherwise unavailable.
- Not post duplicate listings for the same property.
- Respond promptly to enquiries from interested visitors.
05Limitation of Liability
- Life With Soil is a listing platform only. We are not responsible for any transactions, disputes, or agreements made between property owners and visitors.
- We do not verify the accuracy of listing details provided by owners. Visitors must independently verify property details before making any decisions.
- Life With Soil is not liable for any financial loss, property damage, or personal injury resulting from the use of our platform.
- All disputes between owners and visitors must be resolved between the parties directly.
06Content & Listing Approval
- All listings are subject to admin review and approval before going live.
- Life With Soil reserves the right to reject, remove, or modify any listing at our discretion — without prior notice and without refund.
- Listings with misleading information, inappropriate content, or fake details will be immediately removed.
- Repeat violations may result in permanent account suspension.
07Privacy
Your contact information shared during listing will be displayed publicly on our platform for interested visitors to reach you. By listing on Life With Soil, you consent to this. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
08Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Life With Soil shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
